Models

Model names use the provider/model form. Pass the string as model to the OpenAI SDK or convexGateway, for example openai/gpt-4o-mini or anthropic/claude-sonnet-4.5.

Zero-data-retention routing​

ZDR marks models with an endpoint in the zero-data-retention catalog at the last update. Unmarked models have no catalog match. Availability can change.

Enable ZDR routing on each request that requires it. The marker alone does not enable it or guarantee that an endpoint supports your request. If no eligible endpoint is available, the request fails. Image, video, and audio routes do not accept this option.
